Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.

Furthermore included in this recent document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a key identifying different sections of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
